ME&SERENDIPITY ELIZABETH ARDEN OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY PRIZE RULES

HOW TO ENTER:

1. Become a fan of ME&Serendipity on Facebook by clicking the “Like” button.
2. Write “I love Elizabeth Arden” in the comments section of the blog post “Giveaway: Elizabeth Arden Make-up.”

DEADLINE TO ENTER:

1. All entries must be posted by Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 11:59 PDT.
2. Entrants must be a fan of the ME&Serendipity Facebook page by Wednesday, April 10, 2011 at 11:59 PDT.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible, entries must be completed on or by the closing date of the Giveaway and fulfill all of the necessary requirements.  The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States (50 states and District of Columbia only) who are aged eighteen (18) and over as of the date of entry.  Employees of ME&Serendipity are not eligible to win.  Additionally, relatives of such employees are not eligible to win.  For purposes of this Giveaway, relatives are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.  In addition, you are not eligible to win this Giveaway if you have been involved in the creation of this Giveaway.

DRAWING:

Potential winner will be randomly selected in a drawing on Random.org held on or about Thursday, August 11, 2011 from all eligible Entries received.  If a potential winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, if he/she is found to be ineligible, if he/she cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected, at ME&Serendipity’s sole discretion.

WINNERS & PRIZE:

Unless otherwise indicated, one (1) Prize consisting of one (1) Elizabeth Arden Double Density Volume Mascara – Black Brown, one (1) Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Cream Blush – Pink and one (1) Elizabeth Arden Smoky Eyes Powder Pencil – Smoky Black will be awarded to the winner of this Giveaway.  No transfer, cash equivalent or Prize substitution allowed.

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that ME&Serendipity, affiliated merchants, and all of the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of ME&Serendipity, will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any liability or injuries, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or other persons, including (without limitation) injuries, loss or damages arising out of or relating to death, and injuries, damages or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this giveaway.

By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that ME&Serendipity may post his/her entry, name and city on Facebook or other ME&Serendipity affiliated website or blog. All entries shall become the property of ME&Serendipity and may be used for promotional and advertising purposes.

This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.  There is no purchase necessary to enter.

ME&Serendipity is not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries.  Entries received by any other means than the comment box in the blog entry “Giveaway: Elizabeth Arden Make-up” will not be accepted.

Any attempt to damage any online service or website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest violates criminal and/or civil laws.  If such an attempt is made, sponsor may disqualify any sweepstakes entrant making such attempt and sponsor may seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
